So let me give you the results I experienced within 2 weeks.
1) I reduced my acid reflux down to almost nothing.
2) I am down to 275lbs and I don't fluctuate as much daily anymore.
3) I can squeeze my hand tighter.
4) I felt like crap from the caffine withdrawl.
5) I feel much better.
Now, I will explain some of the things I have adopted since then. I am now weighing myself every morning. FOR THOSE SCARED: I am not tracking it at all. I can't, or I might get depressed. I am tracking it every morning after I wake up and go to the bathroom so I can see and remember that this isn't a diet, this is a new way of life.
I'll also add that my Fiance has joined me in this. She also has felt healthier, and better (and she's 125lbs!... this isn't an isolated improvement to me, the guy trying to lose weight)
Now, the second part of this diet: What have I replaced this with?
-Water, crystal light, and iced tea.
The only problem we are having right now is that crystal light is kind of getting a little bit tiring to drink, but the tea and water are still easy.
My friends asked if its dificult, and I reply: if you knew the difference in how I feel after I stoped drinking soda 2-5 times a day; you would stop right now yourself.
So Far, my goal of eliminating, and analysing is working. I feel better, and healthier already.
