Eat eat eat eat MOVE

So, here is the big move, the push that I have energy for, and the "next step" in my diet.
What I have given up so far: [FOR GOOD!]
1) Soda (Regular soda, one, allowed while working the field)
2) Fries
and now,
3) Mcdonalds (Except for coffee and tea)

I haven't had backslides again, and this is on the fifth week. I am feeling healthier and better all the time. I am even jogging some at work when I am in a hurry. I feel like the energy is getting better.

3 changes I have made.

Breakfast! I NEVER had breakfast. Now I do. Yogurt, sometimes, Reeses Pieces. YES yes I do eat them. and Cocoa Puffs! This is not healthy stuff, but it is a gateway for me to WANT to EAT breakfast. and it is working. Allison tried peanut butter on bagels as she does, but that just didn't work for me. these taste good, and I am eating breakfast now!

A little TINY bit more moving/working out. not much, just a little bit. saturdays I am in class all morning, and then Allison and I go out and do stuff. Sunday we get out of the house as well to keep moving some. no more lazing around the house; well, we still do, just not as much.

Eating healthier at home. you know all those diet meals that are 200 calories! WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY THINKING!? I need that AND a meal to be full. We have stopped looking at calories on the frozen meals, and started eating what we like. This doesn't mean hungry man meals, but it does mean Marie Calinders food we are eating, which is sometimes 600 calories. get it: 600+600+600=1800, which is OK!!! this is a SLOW change, and not going to gaurentee results in a minute.

Weighed in 6 weeks in: 270lbs. I am feeling pretty good about it.

I added stuff to the list after Mcdonalds:

1) Soda (Regular soda, one, allowed while working the field)
2) Fries
and now,
3) Mcdonalds (Except for coffee and tea)
4) Chips (except with a specific 6 inch sub at subway)
5) Fried foods in general (this eliminated an entire restaurant down the block from us)
6) THAT IS IT so far!?!?!?!? no way!?!?!.... but THis is really tough.
