This is the toughest thing Ever. No fries is tough. I have cravings and everything. But I think its working.
What I have been substituting: another small burger, like a cheesburger (not a double) at Mcdonalds. It is healthier, and is a small calorie reduction. I am actually feeling more satisfied as well.
So this is really tough. I have my Fiance, Allison, helping me out, and jioning me even though she doesn't need to at all. She told me that she does feel better. She also had a slipup with a soda last week, and her comment was: "We used to drink this crap, it tastes horrible!"
So this week, I am struggling with fries, so I am not adding things to my list. I need to focus on what I am replacing it with more, and how to handle that.
