I accidently got Fries in a drive thru window at mcdonalds. I didn't ask for any, but I did get them. and by didn't ask, I mean, I said NO FRIES; but got it anyways. so my solution. I ate them. I was alone, and wanted them so badly. They tasted amazing. But I can't order them and while Allison is around, I can't eat them either. Slip-up one.
So today, after this slip-up, I determined that Fast food has to go. but I can't do that, I love it, and need the option at times. so simply; Mcdonalds is out. Burgerking is in because Allie hates it, so we never go there, otherwise it would be out too.
I am targeting things with the following criteria:
1) Do I have it alot
2) Is it a problem
3) Do I compulsively eat it?
4) Should I be eating it?
So Far, I have identified and removed:
1) Soda (Regular soda, one, allowed while working the field)
2) Fries
and now,
3) Mcdonalds (Except for coffee and tea)
This have been pretty tough. I weighed in, a month later from my start, at 272. I eat what I want, I just don't eat this stuff.
