So I am contemplating...how much the value of diet helps....
now, my acid reflux has been a HUGE identity helper for my diet. its funny how doing stuff like watching that one thing can help. That being said, now I am trying to figure out my next thing. what is it that helps reduce weight without effort.
well, so now I am stuck. I want to get to the point where excersice isn't the reason for weight loss.... and I'm stuck on it.
my stress reduction has been huge. but despite that, my eating and weight hasn't improved. in fact, my sleep apnea has gotten worse, so now I am looking to try to shorten the amount I sleep so that when I am asleep it will be better....
thoughts thoughts thoughts... we'll see how this works out.
for those reading; things I've done for stress reduction:
Rented out my Condo. It is pricy, and a weight on me. I'm in a small room with less stuff. ALOT less stuff. good idea with the concept of living lighter with less stuff... here's a blog on a buddy from school who did this...
http://cultofless.com/
worth the read... he is free from worry of the loss of the things. it was amazing, and I definetely get it now... I'm down to a laptop, desktop, harddrive, tablet, clothes, and bed and stuff... its a short list which I may decide to take his lead and list...
Clothing consolidation. I HATE HATE HATE socks when they don't match. so my undergarments, and socks are now all perfectly uniform.
Computer at work now has Windows 7!!!!... so I went from a computer at work that could only use 3.2gigs of ram to that same computer with 12gb of ram available... I won't mention that I pegged the limits of the computer the same day I got the upgrade... but stress has dropped easily 50% across the board for ANY ONE who got upgraded.... its amazing.... yeah, happy relaxing
I'm working on adding [working out] into this to reduce stress, but for the instance of this blog, I tried not too at first, since I wanted to experiment the foods more.
I started another experiment.... I'll explain it later, but I think it might work.... we'll see...
