Well, apparently you can't just lose weight

Its been nearly a year since my last post.  Well, lets overview the last year to see where I am at. 

Stress:

I have been dropping it a lot.  First, I ended my relationship.  Almost as soon as I ended it, I realized it was somewhat abusive, and was causing me to spend hours at home doing nothing rather then working out. 

Working out:

Ok, so for those of you who are looking for a way to workout... bike! 
Its low impact, so your less likely to get hurt.  it is something you can gauge yourself on how fast/slow you go.  It is also something that can get you to and from dinner!

I am amazed at my progress so far.  After my breakup, I hopped on my bike just to try to enjoy the sunset and get away.  Each time I road one way, and turning back, I had to get home... I didn't have my significant other to get me... it was just me, so I had to bike home before it got dark. 

I used the sun to encourage me!  going out at sunset, I don't like biking at night, so I wasn't going to be walking home.  but even if I was, it was still a long walk by then.
